Ham and Cheese Crescent Roll-Ups

These were good but nothing special. An easy snack or make with double cresents for dinner.

Breakfast Pies

These were great. Super easy to make, with the exception of trying to divide the egg mixture. I had to mix more egg mixture to pour into empty shells. Also, I used half cresents and half biscuits- both were equally as good.

Southwest Chicken

This was very easy to make. I went ahead and shreddedand cooked the chicken and then just heated everything through. I served over rice with sour cream.

Chicken Stir-Fry

this was great! I added a bit of terryiki sauce to the soy mixture as well as brown sugar. Also, I just used what veggies we had on hand (carrots, yellow pepper, and onion). Great taste and not to salty.

Slow Cooker Barbeque

This was excellent! I used an eye of round roast and used a store bought rub to put on the meat before dumping the BBQ sauce over it. Also,i added a bit more sauce after shredding.

Easy Cheesy Cream of Broccoli Soup

This recipe had little ingredients and took no time at all! It was very good and I will def. make it again! I made no substitutions, but perhaps next time would add a little more cheese!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

this was great- i went ahead and used chicken stock instead of the water and chicken boulion- would recommend this step. I also added a lot of celery and corrots as well. I made this a day ahead and thickened when I heated it up the next day! Very good.

Chicken Chili Soup

I loved this recipe- i substituted chicken broth for the water, and varied up the beans a bit instead of using all the same- excelent!!! I slow cooked for about 2 hours as well.
