Butternut Squash Soup with Spinach Ravioli

Great flavor and texture. Reduced the stock to 4 Cps and cut out leeks. It was a nice thick soup. Used cheese ravioli. Nice presentation.

Oven Roasted Potatoes

Used a mix of red and white potatoes. No measuring really needed just start tossing in the ingrediants, came out amazing. Great switch from mashed or baked potatoes, flavorful, and a little crunchy. Big hit for family dinner.

Marinated Beet Salad

Superb chicken salad. I shredded chicken brest to give a better consistency. Served on whole wheat crackers as a book club snack. Was a huge hit. Set beautifully.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Superb burger. I was amazed at how moist these were. I cut the recipe in half for my husband and I. I also used a bit of salsa to add a little more zip, turned out terrific. This will be my only burger recipe from now on!

Be prepared to have your socks knocked off! I took this to an office chili cook-off! It won hand's down. The sweet/hot flavor it too tempting. I changed nothing, it is perfect!

Pecan Pie V

MAKE THIS PIE~I made this for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners w/friends. I kept it a secret till they tried it to tell them it contained no corn syrup, the raves where amazing, and then the shock when people found out it didn't have corn syrup. Superb pie, light and sweet, WONDERFUL

Classic Waffles

My husband is a BIG breakfast guy and I wanted to treat him to homemade waffles instead of box mix. He was loved these so much I was tickled. I mixed up a container of the dry goods so they are ready to go, no more box mixes here! Thanks

Mexican Rice II

Loved this recipe. I didn't have any tomato sauce so I used salsa and then mixed in some fresh tomato. Knock your socks off good. And super easy to make.

My Best Clam Chowder

Okay, so I have made this like 20 times now...so I figured I better rate it. I love it. My husband loves it, our friends love it and my Dad who is super picky Clam Chowder lover really liked it. You can make it thinner by using a little chicken broth and less half and half, but whatever you choose it is sooo good. Thank you!

AMAZING! I used butter instead of margarine, and chicken broth, cut the cream cheese to 1, 8oz pack, and added some roasted red pepper to the mix, blew my office staff away. I plan to make this for a Thanksgiving course.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Amazing cookies. I reduced the oatmeal down to two cups to give them a smoother consistency. Really amazing. Gone in no time flat.
