Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2013
This is not Alfredo like some people may think, it's more of a buttery sauce. It was very AMAZING and I followed other reviews and doubled the sauce and added a tablespoon or two or sour cream to thicken the sauce. I loved the lemony garlicy taste!

Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
Very tasty! I thought this wouldn't turn out because the sauce was thin and the meat didn't look glazed, but I think that's because I used boneless skinless thighs. At the last 5 mins of cooking I broiled the meat in the oven. I also used gluten free soy sauce. I thought this was not too salty or too sweet. I did however think there was something missing...but I used dried ginger, next time I will add more ginger, I only used 1/2 teaspoon.

Chicken With Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2011
This was exceptional! Made this with gluten free bread crumbs and added 1 can of gluten free cream of mushroom and a tad of corn starch. Everything else was the same and delicious! Oh I even forgot to add the cheese at the end and it was still amazing!

Pasta with Tomato and Bacon

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2010
This is going to become my new favorite pasta dish! It is sooo simple to make and I usually always have these ingredients on hand. It's also very quick to make so coming home from a long day of work to cook this meal was not too tiring. I didn't change much, I just used the bacon grease to took the onion in and I also doubled the recipe and this was enough to feed two young men and myself with a little left over.

By far the BEST and juiciest salmon ever! I used red pepper flakes instead and added sliced tomatoes on the bottom, the last 3 mins of cooking I broiled it to brown it

Melissa's Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 14, 2010
My husband has Celiacs Disease and I prepared this meal for him gluten free style! I followed the recipe but used crushed Glutino crackers in place of bread crumbs. This was very flavorful and we even had seconds! My husband loved and and best of all he didn't get sick :)

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
Best lasagna ever! However, it is time consuming and not as healthy as I would have hoped for... UPDATE: I now make this gluten free with gluten free Tinkyada lasagna noodles, and I use Pamela's gluten free all purpose flour and it works great, tastes the same!

Eggplant Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2010
AMAZING! I let them sweat, then seasoned them like I would a hamburger with a lil' EVOO and then grilled them. I used 3/4 inch but next time I will use about 1/2 inch and layer. I did not even try the microwave. Topped with swiss cheese and sauteed mushrooms. Husband used blue cheese dressing on them, I stuck with ketchup and mustard. YUMMY 5 STARS!

Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2009
Seemed like it was missing some flavor, I also had trouble with the consistancy. Other than that this recipe was very easy and used common ingredients.

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
Mmmm! The best home cooked fries ever! I didn't have any trouble with temperature or time, I added more of all the ingredients because I used more potato. I kept an eye on them most of the time just to make sure they didn't turn super crispy.

Holiday Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
This is by far my fav pumpkin bread! I never have allspice so I made it w/o it and it was still sensational! I live in high alt. 7500 ft and I had to adjust it a little. I added a tad more liquids, less sugar and a tiny bit less baking soda/podwer.

Love it! I used two large cans of prego tomato sauce, because one was too dry for my taste. Husband loves it too!
