The taste was great! However, they weren't browning on top even after I brushed them with melted butter at 13 minutes. They also didn't rise as much as expected. I ended up baking them for close to 20 minutes. They we're just slightly browning on top, but found the bottoms were extra crispy (not burnt, but heading that direction). I placed them on a silicone mat on a cookie sheet. I'll move my rack closer to middle of the oven next time to see if that helps balance the heating. Once again, the taste was great and the prep so simple... will keep working at it!
