Cafeteria Carrot Souffle

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2010
I thought this was good. I cut the recipe in half and I used a bag of frozen carrots, boiled till soft, pureed them in the blender. 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. I also added a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg. I also crushed up some ritz crackers for the top. I would make this again. Thanks for the recipe!

This is a really good recipe. I used russet potatoes, so they had to cook longer, doubled the recipe. It is delicious, even better the 2nd day! This is most definatly my fav.potato salad recipe! Thank you!

Mini Cheesecakes

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
I made these in cupcake size. this reciped made 14. 12 were done with a graham cracker crust, with no paper cups, just cooking spray. Had no problems getting them out either. I filled them to the top, then got a bit scared cause they looked too full, but when they cooled and settled it was perfect for the pie filling. The last 2 I did in paper liners with the vanilla wafers, and I have to say I didn't like it as much. Great cheesecake recipe though, the family ate them up too! Thanks!

S'more Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
These are really good, very addicting too! I should've read the reviews and cooked them longer before putting the toppings on and then covered it because everything on top really browned. The taste is really good, just like a S'more!

These are excellent cookies, I make them every year around the holidays. No changes in the recipe, only my oven dosen't always cooperate so I lessen my cooking time.

Sage Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
Made these tonight for dinner, used 4 boneless chops and chicken broth instead of the beef. I will agree 100% with everyone that said, DON"T ADD SALT!! The family loved it!
