Great! Super thick! I added red potatoes, a can of corn, extra herbs, and black pepper.

Very good and healthy, especially if you use low sodium, fat free chicken broth! I added rosemary and it made a huge difference in the taste!

Hearty Pasta Tomato Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2011
This soup was fairly good. I think it could be great with a few modifications. The 2 lbs of tortellini seems to be wayyyy too much, I would maybe put in one lb at the most. Also, if you're planning on having this for several meals and keeping in the the fridge, the noodles start to fall apart by day 2, I would suggest that you add pasta before you reheat. I also added red pepper flakes and it gave a nice heat to it!

Crab and Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2009
I added more garlic than called for and sauteed it with some green onions and olive oil. I also used crab, shrimp, and scallops instead of messing with cooking a lobster tail. Added some fresh cracked pepper and Italian seasoning. In the past I have needed to add more butter to the stuffing to keep it together, but this time I added one egg and it worked out very well. It was still very moist and the stuffing held together, but wasn't as greasy. I will sometimes use giant portabellas instead of regular mushrooms, I think it is a bit tastier!
