Sweet Restaurant Slaw
Made it, loved it. It whips up in a flash. Used real mayo and little less sugar to begin with and it was so good, didn't add the rest. My husband says it's his all time favorite now and I agree. We like the crunch so we toss some of the dressing in the coleslaw mix right before eating. Hmmm. Thanks for the great recipe.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup
It is delicious and I loved it. It was chilly, rainy and I had a bad cold all of which made this soup the perfect choice. It was hard not to eat it for breakfast! I did not have a few of the ingredients so I used half and half instead of the heavy cream and Smart Balance spread instead of butter. I was afraid the changes would effect the flavor so I added a little sauteed shredded carrots, celery and onion. My Uncle Ben's was 6 oz but the extra rice was great. Maybe omit the salt if using the bigger box. Even better the next day. Look forward to making it as listed. THANKS for a wonderful recipe.

Pat's Mushroom Saute
Made exactly as shown and they were fantastic with a juicy grilled ribeye. A nice extra to the meal. Thanks for the recipe!
