Great! Make 1/2 recipe for 8x8. Full recipe makes 48 mini-muffins - cook 15 minutes. For full recipe, added 2T flour, a little less oil and baking powder.

Very good! My husband called it a "taste explosion". I listened to some of the reviews, and added a sprinkle of garlic powder and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper to the sauce - I'm glad I did. I also baked it after frying in olive oil - but the sauce turned out a little spongy, so next time I will cook it completely on the stove as the recipe says, and heat the sauce in another pan.

Sunday Dinner Mashed Potatoes

I had to add milk to get a good consistency, and even then they tasted very heavy and somewhat bland. To me, it was not worth the extra effort to make these over traditional mashed potatoes. I would not make these again.

Perfect Turkey

I tried this recipe with a small turkey breast, not a whole turkey. Perhaps that's why the roasting pan dried out, and I had to keep adding water to the bottom to keep from burning. The turkey did not turn out juicy. I might try this again if I'm cooking a whole turkey, but not just the breast.

Garlic and Ranch Turkey Burgers

These burgers were a bit overpowering. Like others, I added some bread crumbs but otherwise followed the recipe. I will try them again, but next time with 1/2 the amounts of garlic, ranch mix, and Worcestershire sauce called for.
