Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Be careful when making for a party, you'll end up eating most of them before the party. I made these a few times and one time, I was out of semi sweet chocolate chips and used milk chocolate instead. Not as good. I will make sure I have semi sweet chips next time I make these cookies.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Wow, great recipe. I am not a great cook so I usually go to my parents for info. My mother told me that top round roast is tough meat. Thank goodness for this recipe. I followed the directions as is. I sliced the cooked meat really thin, soaked it in some au jus and made some of the best beef dip sandwiches I've ever had. My parents were very pleased! Thanks for this wonderful and easy recipe.

Lentil Soup

Very good. Next time I will cut down on the olive oil and add more veggies. I didnt realize how much fiber lentils had.... beware! haha

Luscious Slush Punch

Barbeque Pork Two Ways

Easy Pumpkin Cream Trifle

So easy and very yummy! I did forget to add the pumpkin spice but it still came out good. I did not have a trifle bowl so I just used a regular glass bowl. I still had some to make another bowl.

Asian Coleslaw

A little too sweet for my familys taste so I added more soy sauce since I already added the sugar. Came out fine. My mom loved it and asked for the recipe.

Mexican Bean Salad

I made this for our memorial day bbq... mom couldn't keep her spoon out of the bowl. I cut down the oil & vinegar per some of the other reviews and it was still good. Not too overpowering. I'm saving this in my recipe box.

Easy Lemon Cookies

DELISH! People are complaining that these taste like Fruit Loops. Well, I happen to love Fruit Loops! They're made from lemon cake mix and taste like it. If you're expecting the flavor of lemon bars or something a little more sour, make something else. These cookies are super easy and taste great... kinda addictive. heehee
