With "jlandhen" modifications this recipe is absolutely phenomenal! I made slight adjustments to "jlandhen"s already modified version... first I only used half a cup of honey, 3 ripe bananas (a little more than a cup), and probably close to half a cup of finely ground flaxseeds. So delicious and healthy!

This recipe is kind of complicated and can easily be simplified... Skip the skillet business and use a 9x13 baking dish. Heat your oven to 425 F degrees. Chop 1/3 cup butter up into your baking dish and let melt in your preheated oven. Once all of the butter has melted, take baking dish out and pour in batter, DO NOT STIR OR MIX just let it be. Bake for 20-25 minutes and voila!

French Onion Soup

I give this recipe 5 stars because it is the best BASIC french onion soup recipe that I've found. I made several adjustments to make it healthier. I used 2 red, 2 white, and 2 yellow onions, whole wheat flour, low sodium chicken broth, and for the croutons I used whole wheat- all natural french bread with olive oil and swiss cheese then I broil in the oven.
