Green Tomato Bread

Tasted just like zucchini bread. The only change I made was using 1/2 cup applesauce in place of 1/2 cup oil. I used a food processor to chop the tomatoes, and it worked fine. Just make sure to drain them before adding them to the egg mixture.

Graham Cracker Crust

I have made this with both regular and chocolate graham crackers. it worked equally well both ways. The only change I made was to use less sugar with the chocolate crust. It makes the perfect amount for my 9 inch springform pan.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Easy and very good. I accidentaly bought low fat cream cheese, but it turned out fine. The hint about dusting the chocolate chips with flour works well too.

Mom's Coleslaw

Chicken Pot Pie IX

I used left over cooked chicken that I just added before putting everything in the shell. I also added potatoes to the veggie mix in the first step. The pie turned out delicious. Will definately make again.

Very good. I didn't have cashews so I substituted sunflower seeds. I agree that thickening the sauce is a good idea. Will definately make this again.

I followed the recipe except for the peppers. The marinade gave the meat a nice limey flavor. This was a welcome change from more traditional grilling marinades. I will definately make these again.
