Kabob Marinade

Very good! We tries on chicken and steak kabobs and although it made the chicken very tender, the mustard came through a little strong. Excellent on the beef!

Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans

The first time I made it I followed the recipe exactly. It was good but a tad bland. The second time I threw in a packet of italian dressing mix and it turned out great.

Garlic Croutons

Wow these were fabulous! I used french bread and regular bread to check the difference and french bread is a must to get the crunch. They were so good we kept eating then right out of the bowl.

Basic Cream Cheese Frosting

I have been using the other Cream cheese frosting II on this site but I always had to make adjustments. I decided to give this one a try and it is the best! Dont change one thing and it is absolutely perfect. Thanks so much!!!

Chicken Flautas

I thought these were excellent. I used taco seasoning instead of cumin and flour tortillas as that is all I had. I didnt put the salsa inside but just used it to dip in after.

I thought this was pretty and good and very easy. I cut the chicken into strips and added fresh garlic to the melted butter. I thought it could still use a little extra flavor though. I also thought it got a little soggy on the bottom.

Baked Potato Soup

This was delicious! I didnt use the bacin grease, I just used 4 tablespoons of butter and 4 of flour to make a roux. Then I followed the recipe using a little less basil. I was surprised at how thick it got. It was fantastic and I will make again.

Egg Noodles

These were pretty good but they need to be much thinner I think. They were very easy to roll out and I just cut them in strips using a pizza cutter.

Easy Chicken Enchilada Crescent Bake

This wasnt as good or as easy as I had hoped. Rolling the chicken in the dough was very messy and mine took forever to bake. I would need to decrease the sauce next time so they will cook faster. The taste wasnt too bad but not worth the work

Fluffy Pancakes

I have always used a box mix but this was so easy I will never make the other again! Another good thing is that the igredients are something most have on hand at all times and using the vinegar/milk is great since I never have buttermilk. I doubled the recipe and it made about 18 1/4 cup pancakes. I let the batter sit a few minutes before cooking and didnt find the batter too thick at all. Also I cooked on griddle about 325 degrees so they would cook through just in case. They were amazing and I cant thank you enough for this easy and economical recipe.

Alfredo Sauce

I used the parmesan that came in a bag but it didnt melt quite like I thought. I also added a little mozzerella. Thought it tasted very good and so rich. I added broccoli and chicken.

The measurements were a little off so I had to add a lot more sugar to make it right. I use the other cream cheese frosting II recipe and that recipe is perfect as is.
