Rempel Family Meatloaf
So excited! I just prepared this with a few minor changes and WOW! :) Thank you so much for sharing, Connie!!! I have long sought such a wonderful meatloaf recipe. I omitted the cheese and used crushed cheddar goldfish crackers. I used Beefy Onion mix and didn't have steak sauce so I used 2 tbspns of ketchup with (about equal amounts) onion powder & honey to substitute. I cannot wait to make it again. Thanks!

Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup
I made this recipe with a store-bought rotisserie chicken. I have had a sore throat and chicken noodle soup was all I could think about yesterday. I forgot the lemongrass, unfortunately b/c I think that would have put this over the top! I used two cubes of bouillon and left the noodles out, to be added as desired. The first thing my boyfriend said was that it's restaurant quality and after the meal he said it is definitely one of his new favorite meals of mine. My daughter eagerly slurped it up and I felt better. Win-win-win. Wonderful chicken noodle soup.

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary
My boyfriend made this for my birthday. Perfect birthday dinner! He added honey to the olive oil. Absolute heaven on a plate. He served it with parmesan au gratin potatoes in a rosemary garlic bechemel sauce (au gratin rosemary potato on site).
