Russian Black Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
Excellent recipe! I added about a cup more rye flour and AP flour because the dough seemed a bit wet. Great flavour and texture.

Excellent flavour. I used vanilla extract instead of maple. Really nice on yellow cupcakes.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2010
Best apple pie I've ever made. Mixed the syrup with the apples and then place in shell. Baked for 1.5 hours in a 325 oven. Added cinnamon and some lemon juice. Use any apples you have on hand. Only apple pie recipe I will use from now on.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Incredible chicken. Took about 4.5 hours in my oven. So tender and juicy. The spice rub actually permeates the skin and flavours the chicken. Can't give this recipe enough praise!!! Thanks for sharing.

Kentucky Butter Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2010
Absolutely delicious, and so easy to make. Just make sure your butter is nice a soft so it mixes easily with the other ingredients. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Any one can make this cake!

Cream Cake Dessert

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2010
I'm rating the frosting. It is fabulous. I mix the sugar in while the flour mixture is still warm. That way the sugar dissolves completely. And that way you can strain it through a sieve if you have any flour lumps. Make this frosting if nothing else. You could eat it up with a spoon without any cake. (of course I'd never do that) sure.

Cooky Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2010
Very good flavour. The only thing I omitted was the nuts. Added a bit more cornflakes to make up for that. Also mixed everything with a wooden spoon. Makes loads of cookies

No Bake Cookies V

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2009
Delicious! They were almost like fudge. I put equal parts oats and coconut it these. I have made many no bake cookies but these are the first I had with peanut butter in them. They really make the cookie a hundred times better.

Great waffles. Added a bit more sugar after reading some reviews but next time will make with written amount of sugar. Probably the best waffle recipe I've come across. Thanks Megan

Chewy No Bake Granola Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2012
These are delicious!!! You can change the ingredients up however you like. I used coaches oats, special K, multigrain Cheerios, raisins and wheat germ. As long as the total amount of dry ingredients is the same as what the recipe calls for, they turn out great! You can even swap out the honey for corn syrup if that's all you have. (I did) Better than any chewy granola bar I have ever bought.

Slammin' Salmon

This is a fabulous marinade. I marinated the salmon for 24 hours and then BBQ'd it. It was tender and juicy and the spices didn't over power the fish. Make this one! Thanks for sharing your recipe.
