Slow Cooker Lasagna
I tweaked the recipe to the extent that I'm not really sure I followed the recipe :) I always make my own sauce, so I didn't follow that part of the recipe, and I used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese. I also didn't pre-mix the cheese or even measure it out - consequently, it's my own fault that there wasn't enough cheese in it! I cooked it on low for about four hours and then switched it to warm - two hours later it looked charred but wasn't any more than a bit brown around the edges! I used regular noodles, and they turned out just great. I'll be tweaking the version of the recipe that I used this round, but I'll DEFINITELY be making it again!

Easy Cheesy Chicken I
Overall, it was rather bland. We used half cream of chicken and half chedder cheese soup - I think next time I would use all cheese soup for more flavor. I added rice to the cooker for the last hour of cooking, and forgot to add the sour cream. The rice came out quite tasty, and the chicken was tender, but I can't put my finger on what it needs to make it something special . . .
