About this Cook
I love to cook! I started trying things in the kitchen when I was nine, and now, I make every meal for my family, and thoroughly enjoy it! My family is from Morocco so I learned North African cuisine from my aunts and grandmother, and being born in New York, my cooking was influenced by many other cultures.
My favorite things to cook
North African, Asian, Italian and Middle Eastern.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking lots of different kinds of cookies and cakes around the holidays, like my mom used to do when I was younger

Best Steak Marinade in Existence
This was SOOOOO GOOOODDD!!!!!!!! I'm telling you, you gotta try this, it complemented the steak perfectly, didn't mask the flavor, tender juicy flavorful steaks, marinated in just an hour and a half. I followed it perfectly except one thing: i didnt have white pepper so i used black pepper.

Quick Yeast Rolls
Very easy, very tasty! Though i had to add a bit more flour cuz it was too sticky to handle.

Dora's Christmas Cookies
Great recipe! Even for the beginner baker (myself) these came out wonderful even without frosting, i used two tablespoons of vanilla extract, no almond and rolled it out on powdered sugar. Everyone loved them! I also tried cookies with thick dough and thin dough when rolled out, and the thick oned came out more cake like while the thin ones came out crisp. either way my family loved them both!
