Southwest Breakfast Burritos
I love love love this recipe! Very flavorful and simple to make. Perfect on the go breakfast. I make this recipe as stated except one substitution. Instead of the onion, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeño... I use 1 can of Rotel (the kind with lime juice and cilantro)! It is delicious and makes this easy recipe even easier! Try it- your family will love this!

Easy Meatloaf
I have made this many times now and my hard to please husband still requests this for his lunches. It heats up great and is delicious! I would definitely double the sauce mixture to add on top! I typically use panko bread crumbs but have also tried regular Italian and both are great. I always use Worcestershire and add a few shakes to the meat mixture! If you are out of eggs you can use 1Tb of real mayo. If you have onion i would sauté them. i have made it without onion too and it still was received well. I have already had 2 requests for my meatloaf recipe! I never thought meatloaf would be such a loved recipe in our house! Definitely give this recipe a try!

Johnsonville(R) Italian Meatballs
I made it exactly as written(but with HOT sausage) and my husband RAVED! He had me make it again the very next day only a double batch! This is a new staple recipe that we eat with quinoa pasta and tomato sauce!
