Donut Muffins
Wow! I found this recipe and had it made in time for a snack when my boys came home from school. I'm gluten free so I used a gluten free flour and they were fantastic!

Slow Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
Great recipe. Followed instructions but took advice of others and only added water 3/4 up the crock. added cabbage the last hour. Delicious!

Red Velvet Cupcakes
Great even with a gluten free flour blend. I recommend adjusting the amount of confectioner's sugar to accomodate how sweet you like the frosting. Excellent recipe!
