Garlic Red Potatoes

Pretty good. I used baby red potatoes, so mine cooked in time. They were a little too greasy for me, but overall they make a tasty side.

Beef Taco Skillet

As a user recommended, I used corn tortillas, and they held up pretty well. This is just ok, very bland. I added chili powder, cumin, and cayenne pepper, and it still mostly tastes like pre-made enchilada sauce.

These were a hit, thanks. They were pretty Thyme-y, and I couldn't really taste the cheese. I'll try gorgonzola next time.

Pretty tasty, if a little bland. I let my sauce stay runny so I could have crisper veggies. Will make again, but with fresh garlic and more cornstarch.

This was tasty, crowd-pleasing, and super easy. I added ground red pepper, and it would also taste good with any seasonings you'd use in chili. Thanks for sharing.

Pecan Caramel Bars

Like the first reviewer said, the crust was too powdery. It needed much less flour or more butter. I had to throw it out and use a crust from another cookie bar recipe. Once I finished, though, wow. Very rich and sweet. I'll make this again, but with the new crust.
