Dark Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2010
This recipe makes a FANTASTIC chocolate cake. I used it for an order that I had for a boy's 1st birthday, put some strawberry butter cream and vanilla/almond buttercream in the in between the 3 layers and it came out great.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2009
This is my "go to" recipe...on days that I don't feel like cooking I whip up this bad boy in a matter of minutes and serve it with a side order of steamed broccoli and my hubby eats it up. Thank you for sharing!

Spinach Lasagna III

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2009
I'm giving this 3 starts because althought the taste is great, the amount of work and ingredients that go into this lasagna are not really worth in. The furture, I'm going to use a simpler recipe that comes out just as good.

Zucchini and Pork Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2009
Fabulous recipe! I made it as per the recipe but had to leave for about 90 mins so I let it simmer and it was delicious! My husband had 2 big bowls. We did think that there were too many spices in it though, I had to strain the broth for myself. Next time I will omit the spices and buy canned tomatoes with Italian spices instead. Instead of a baguette I cut up some whole wheat pita in triangles and broiled them in the over for 3 mins...crunchy, yummy and low calorie. We're looking forward to having the left overs for lunch tomorrow. Will definitely make again!

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2008
This is an EXCELLENT recipe! I followed all the suggested edits found in the first review direclty under the the recipe and got rave reviews. I would however use a lot less sugar in the icing. Next time I will make it with 2 1/2 cups.
