Garlic Prime Rib
I made this last year for our New Years Eve dinner for my husband and my son! I made it exactly as it was written here, and oh my gosh. It was the most heavenly flavor. The three of us like garlic and the flavors mixed so well, my teenager went on about the taste for days! I served it with lobster tails, baked potatoes, cesear salad. We had cheese cake available for dessert, but no one could touch that after this meal! Today is New Years Eve and I'm here online looking at this recipe again. Making it tomorrow as outlined. Going to serve with garlic shrimp this year. Best reciped for prime rib I've ever tasted. Awesome!

Butterscotch Bread Pudding
I made this recipe exactly as written, I added walnuts but then read that pecans would be great. Next time I will try the pecans, though the walnuts were good too. Awesome, sweet and flavorful. A good comfort food dessert!

Dave's Low Country Boil
I made this for new year's eve and it wss a big hit! I had to go find the copy cat spice for Old Bay as we don't seem to have it in this part of Canada. I will be ordering it though. I like the sausage mix with the seafood, and the relaxed atmosphere the newspaper, paper plates and beer creates. It's a keeper at my house. Plan to use it in summer when corn is in season for a back yard event. Thanks

Pile it into a tomato half, load it into a wrap, or spread it on bread. Chicken salad does it all.
