Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
This recipe was delicious! The garlic caramelized over the chicken beautifully. The aroma filled up the house and picky eaters where asking me for a plate. Will definitely make this again, but I will try chicken breast instead of thighs because the skin did and butter did make the chicken a bit greasy.

Traditional Mashed Potatoes
Wow, these were awesome! Even my husband loved it. It was soft and buttery and the salt amount was perfect. I will make this again with other meals!

Maple Salmon
This recipe was great. The flavor of the maple blended perfectly with the soy sauce and garlic taste. My family really enjoyed it. I will make it again soon.
