Very good recipe. I didn't have baking potatoes or frozen hash browns as some had suggested, so I grated red potatoes and cooked them with the onion. It turned out great. This is an easy to make recipe and very good. I will make this again!

Four Seasons Enchiladas

The turkey cream cheese filling turned out to be quite dry. I may put in a can of cream of chicken soup next time. Otherwise this was very easy to make. I topped with green onions. A little more moist and this could be a keeper.

Fragrant Chicken Curry

I had to make a few changes. First of all the sauce was too thin. I added some leftover mashed potatoes to thicken it up. I thought the flavor was quite bland so I added some raisins as some have suggested. It still seemed to be missing something. I added some sugar and felt that it was at least worth a three star rating with the changes.
