I am a single mother to 3, and a million adopted kids. I am Nana to 1. I am everything from "Hey you" to whatsyourname. I am a diabetic, non trad student going to school for my bachelors (maybe my masters) in Health Education/ Nutrition. I work for a major Hotel chain in guest services. I am very laid back, love doing anything with my family, outdoors. Learned to cook at age 9 from my grandma and have loved it since.

Many MANY years ago, I made meatloaf. I bought cheap ground beef with alot of fat, and by the time it was done cooking, it looked "roadkill" (so I was told)
