About this Cook
I'm 22 and newly married and I love to bake and learn new recipes all the time. It's a good thing that my husband pushes me to workout so much because I'm always making new desert recipes! I'm kind of old-fashioned in the way that I like the idea of being a stay at home mom. The most important thing in my life though is my faith in God. I am a follower of Christ because I believe that He is the way to true life and without Him I could never experience abundant life on earth or in heaven.
My favorite things to cook
It's family tradition to make pizza every Sunday night. I found a great wheat lasagna recipe from Ronzoni that I and others love. I also enjoy making anything that has to do with breakfast: wheat pancakes and waffles, apple muffins, and eggs. Oh and my husband just said his favorite thing I make are drinks: iced latte's (I just made an eggnog iced latte, it was great!), iced chai's, and now I'm trying a new apple cider recipe.

Butter Crescents
I used this recipe for the crust of the Taco Pie recipe from this site and it turned out great! I made up the rest of the crescents according to these directions and they made the fluffiest crescents ever! Now I have plenty for the freezer saved for later, can't wait to dig into them! Thanks for the recipe!

Taco Pie
This is was good! It's nice to have something besides the usual taco for a change. I used the Butter Crescents Recipe on this site and the Taco Seasoning I Recipe as well. Instead of sour cream I used plain yogurt and it still turned out great! Much healthier with these changes too! Thanks for the recipe! Will definitely make again!
