Amazing Muffin Cups

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2013
I understand this recipe is an ad for a sausage company. This said, I made with 1 lb. cooked until crisp, drained and crumbled bacon, 3/4 c shredded cheddar, and followed rest of recipe. Absolutely terrific! Will never try it any other way! Thanks for the inspiration, Johnsonville!

One of my faves on this site. Add small can mandarin oranges, drained, and 8 oz crumbled bleu cheese or feta and you will receive marriage proposals ;)

FABULOUS!! Followed recipe exactly, served with grilled filet mignon and steamed green beans. One of the easiest to prepare and best tasting meals ever! Will make again and again, not just for holidays. Sidebar- if you have dried cranberries and slivered almonds leftover use them in Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad ...also on this site and fabulous.

So yummy! I used two 14.5 oz cans of low sodium mixed veggies, drained. This created a less soupy pie.
