Gingerbread Cookies I

Fantastic recipe, made no changes. Made first batch as drop cookies because the dough tasted so good, and made a second batch to roll for cut outs. Did add about 1 cup extra flour per the recipe and was so nice rolling out. I don't like really strong molasses flavour, so used Fancy molasses instead of cooking. Makes a great cookie! Thank you! Our new family favorite!

Chocolate Fudge Buttercream Frosting

Exceptional icing. Perfect consistency. I prefer using Nutella instead of the fudge topping, and substitute almond extract for the vanilla which gives it incredible flavor. My favorite chocolate icing!

Spicy Sweet Potato and Coconut Soup

By far the best soup I've made! Followed the recipe exactly. Exceptional flavor, and different - our guests raved over this one. The curry paste adds a lot of depth to the overall flavor. I will definitely make this one over and over again.
