Key Lime Pie VI
Thank you so much for sharing this! My grandmother is from Key West and has very strict requirements in order for a pie to be considered a "real" Key Lime Pie - it must have a traditional pastry crust instead of graham cracker, it must have meringue - not whipped cream, and it should be yellow, never green! This recipe meets all the the requirements and is exactly like the ones my Gramma has always made! So excited to share this recipe!

Best in Show Blackberry Cobbler
Made this tonight for the first time just to use up some blackberries we had on hand, and my husband declared it "the best cobbler ever." Thanks so much for sharing, this has been added to the short list of favorites!

Tamale Pie Pronto
Made this for dinner tonight, and it was great! Nothing fancy, but super quick and easy...definitely good on a cold night (the few we have in Florida!). I varied just a little bit after reading other reviews - substituted a can of diced tomatoes and green chiles for the chopped tomatoes, added a little garlic powder, cumin, and a touch of cayenne. We will most definitely be keeping this recipe on hand, thanks for sharing!
