Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Excellent! I used half oil/half applesauce. Also used half while/half brown sugar. This is a new family favorite!

A keeper! Will make these again and again. I took suggestions from other users and 1/2 C oil and 1/2 C unsweetened applesauce. Also used half white, half brown sugar. Instead of loafs I made muffins (approx 30 mins to bake). Just wonderful! Even my super picky one year old who refuses to eat any type of veggie LOVED these.

Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

I doubled the recipe. Added vanilla and cinnamon. Really needs the cinnamon, without it I thought the cookies were rather bland. I made one batch w/o cinnamon and my second with. A HUGE difference. Will make again with changes.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Very good! I used buttermilk, like other reviews suggested and added vanilla. My son is allergic to eggs so I subbed 1/4 cup applesauce + 1/2 tsp baking powder for one egg. It came our really well.

Rotini Pasta Bake

This has turned into a family favorite. I season my meat well (salt, pepper, garlic, italian season) I also had some italian sausage for extra flavor (I use ground turkey and turkey sausage) I really like sauce so I use two jars of pasta sauce. And to make it super yummy I add parm cheese to the mixture before putting it in the pan.

Shortbread Cookies II

Yummy!! These cookies are great. I don't have a cookie press so I just formed little balls and flattened them on the cookie sheet. My cookies took much longer to cook, about 15-20 mins. Not sure if my oven is off or what,but I cooked them until I saw the edges begin to brown. They make about 4 dozen cookies. Second time I made them I used lemon extract instead of vanilla, gave them really nice flavor.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

I made this for my Bible Study group and they loved it!! I didn't use the jalepanos, but the recipe had just enough kick without it. I'll make it again.
