No-Tomatoes-Required Italian Seasoned Stir Fry

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2011
This was yummy recipe. Didn't have a bell pepper on hand, but had all of the other ingredients. We did add a little extra chicken broth and italian dressing to put over some noodles. Very pleased with how it all turned out.

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: May 12, 2011
Very tasty recipe! It was a little too thick but yummy! We used half & half instead of condensed milk, but I think next time we will try half Velveeta and half shredded cheese and half and half. Either way , we will definitely be making this again! :) Thanks!

This soup was so good! My husband and I both loved it. The only thing I changed, was we used Ro- tel instead of stewed tomatoes and we added mushrooms to it. We will definitely be making this again and again. :)

Zucchini Quiche

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2010
This was so good! We added mushroom and bacon to the original recipe and instead of keeping it in the oven for 45min, we left it in for 30min and it was perfect. I definitely recommend trying this dish if you like quiche and or/ zucchini. My husband and I happen to like both a lot so this was a great recipe for us! Something different, full of taste and color. :)

Sausage Bowties with Artichokes

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2010
This was a really yummy recipe! Had to add a few additional seasonings and a little butter to add some more flavor, but all in all, it was pretty good! We also used Turkey Italian Sausage and Multi Grain Bowtie Pasta to make it a little healthier. I definitely recommend trying this recipe out! I will be making it again! It was easy, yummy, and filling! :)

California Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2010
This was quite yummy! I used zucchini instead of broccoli and it added a nice flavor all together. The only thing I would say to change, is definitely add a chicken boulin cube or two to it and add some black pepper or on top of the lemon pepper. Otherwise it will be slightly bland. All in all, I enjoyed this dish and so did my husband.

Pretty good marinade! Used it on Tilapia instead of Salmon and added a tiny bit of soy sauce in addition. It added a good taste to everything.

Chicken and Artichokes

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
This was by far, one of the best recipes I have gotten from allrecipes! Made it for my husband and his family and everyone loved it... even my sis- in- law who isn't a big fan of artichokes! It was also my first time cooking with sherry and needless to say, I will be cooking with it more often from now on. Very yummy dish!

Alice Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2010
Tried this recipe and was quite impressed! I did change a few things... I sauteed the mushrooms in the bacon grease and added a few minced onions! So good! I also baked the chicken @ 360 degrees as apposed to broiling it. All in all the recipe was really good and I do plan on using it again! Thanks for sharing! :)

Cream Cheese Coffee Cake II

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
This was unfortunately disappointing... :( I hate leaving bad reviews, but the cream cheese part of it was just not very good. I followed the recipe down to the T then I added extra vanilla and sugar, in hopes it would be better , but it still didn't help.
