LOVE this cake! My son volunteered me to make a couple of cakes for his school's cake walk fundraiser and I decided to give this one a test before making it for the school. It was by far one of the easiest cakes I have ever made and it is delicious! The only draw back (if you consider it one) is that once I put it on the table for the family to try it was gone in less than five minutes. It was a huge hit and my husband is having me take one up to his work today for him and his co-workers. I am sure it will be a big hit at the cake walk and has become a family favorite!

The flavor is great! My husband loves that they are chewy. I followed the recipe exactly except I only baked them for around 10 minutes, they tend to brown on the bottom very quickly. They were a big hit with my kids too, they liked the tartness of the cranberries and the sweetness of the orange.

Super easy!!! This is by far the easiest and best recipe I have found! I chilled the dough overnight and had a great time making all sorts of different shapes for my Christmas party! My kids thought they were yummy and had fun making their cookies with it as well.

I used this recipe to make little mini pecan pies.... they were a hit and everyone was sad to find out they had all been eaten! I am usually not a fan of pecan pie but this is delicious! My husband wants me to make some more minis for his Christmas party and the ladies at my work want me to make them so they can serve them to their families for Christmas!

I have made this pie two times. The first time my husband ate the entire pie in a day and a half. The second time he shared with the kids and it was gone in a day. It is the best!

This is a wonderful recipe. I added a few things and cut down on others, I guess it is just up to someone's taste preferences. Overall I would recommend this recipe to anyone that loves Carne Guisada!

I used all fresh ingredients and it made it a little watery but over all the taste was fantastic and there were no left overs!

Sooooo easy to make and YUMMY! I poured this ganache over Mom's Chocolate Pound Cake and it was an instant hit!

YUMMO!!! This cake last for 1 day! It was sooo moist and delicious! This is one of my favorite recipes and will keep using it for our birthdays and special occasions! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out fantastic. I saw other reviews and decided to just stick with the original to see if anything needed to be changed but it did not. Perfecto!

So rich and creamy and was a breeze to make! I used it with David's Yellow Cake and turned out fantastic! I dyed it different colors and made it into our Easter cake.
