Baked Dijon Salmon

This recipe is fantastic! We use it when we have dinner guests. It always turns out perfect and gets rave reviews from everyone! To others: don't change a thing in the recipe and try marinating the salmon for a few hours in the honey dijon mixture. Yum! BTW: The same recipe (but for 6 fillets) is on this site as "Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating" but we find both recipes turn out just as good with Atlantic salmon, which we prefer.

Italian Chicken Skillet

My husband made this last night and it was excellent! He doubled the garlic and added some chopped red and green peppers. The smell as it was cooking was mouth-watering and the taste was even better. We will definitely make this again, and best of all, it is a great "starter" recipe that can be used in so many different ways:)
