Eggs Benedict Casserole
Delicious! We used a half small toupie ham. We made it right before we cooked it and it was perfect.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Just made this for supper and absolutely LOVED IT! Super simple, I omitted the sugar and only did 1/4 cup ranch and oil but I only had two breasts. There was a lot of leftover marinade. Next time I will reserve some for a dip maybe. I baked it on 375, with skewers on foil lined cookie sheet for 20 min (flip halfway!) then broiled it on high for 2 minutes. YUM YUM YUMMMMM
