Overnight Blueberry French Toast

As written, it has way too many eggs and a little too much cream cheese. As other reviewers mentioned, it's best with only 8-12 oz cream cheese and 6-8 eggs. The blueberry sauce is SO yummy!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

YUMMY! Almost fail proof! I made a few changes. I only used 1/2 can broth. I used a bag of fresh spinach. I added a little alfredo sauce to the red sauce. I also added a nice layer of ricotta. You could do so much with this one! MMMMMMMMmmmmm!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

WHOA! I made this exactly as written. They aren't lying when they say it's spicy. We really like spicy food but, whoa, this was hot. I added some cheese and sour cream on the top and it took the edge off. I'd probably cut down a lot on the jalenpeno's. :)

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

I sauteed the chicken chunks, then added carrots and celery. Then, I followed the rest of the recipe exactly. WOW! It was SO amazing and easy! This is going to be a regular dish around our house!

Monkey Bread I

The inside didn't get done enough so I was forced to cook it a little longer...which made the bottom overdone. The soft parts were really yummy! I used a fluted bundt pan. I might try it again in something different.

This was really good except that there was WAY too much dressing/oil. I'd either double the spinach or halve the dressing next time. It would be good with feta or bleu cheese.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Tastes just like something you'd get at a restaurant. I put the chicken in frozen so it was a bit runny. I drained it, shredded the chicken, put new sauce on it, and let it cook for another 20 minutes. SO good! We put blue cheese crumbles and ranch dressing on them and served 'em up on toasted kaiser rolls. WOW! This is a new favorite for us. SO easy!

Rigatoni in Vodka Sauce

I've been on the search for a vodka sauce since I had it in a restaurant in Montana of all places. I finally found something close. This sauce is awesome! I love it. It takes less than 20 minutes to prepare. I like to add frozen peas to it and serving it over penne. I wish I could vote more than once or give it 6 stars!

Cheesiest Potato Soup

Pumpkin Bread IV

This was so moist and yummy! It does make A LOT of bread so I'd recommend making some mini loafs for your friends with the extras. The only change I made was using 3/4C applesauce and 3/4C oil (instead of 1.5C oil). It is great!

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

I made this exactly as directed and it was awesome...oh, I did add some gorgonzola to top it off and it was amazing. I don't think I would toast the sesame seeds next time since I didn't think it was necessary. Enjoy!
