I took this to a baby shower and it was a hit! I followed some of the recommendations of other reviewers and tweaked the recipe slightly. I sprayed my tortillas on both sides, cut them into wedges with a pizza cutter. In a gallon size zip lock bag I mixed 2 c. sugar to 2 t. cinnamon. I dropped the tortilla wedges into the bag gave the bag a few good shakes to coat each wedge. I baked them in the oven for about 10 minutes. For the fruit salsa, I cut up strawberries, raspberries, kiwis, mango, pineapple, and fuji apples. I omitted the sugar and instead added 2 T. of peach preserves which made it plenty sweet and didn't make too much liquid. A very good recipe!
