Bev's Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2010
It definitely needs to be spiced up a bit. I used chicken strips since we don't care for thighs. I marinated them over nite and baked them. They were just 'ok" Next time I will marinate them and then roll them in bread crumbs and bake.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2010
I was a little worried that it may be greasy with the bacon but it wasn't. I took the advice of others and wrapped the chicken with 2 strips of bacon (my husband wants 3 next time) and broiled it at the end. I broiled the underside first and then flipped it and then added the cheese. Wonderful, thank you

This was really awesome!! It was juicy and tender, I did tweek the recipe a little to make it gluten-free. They make a GF crispy chicken flour mix and I used that in place of the flour and the results were delicious. Thank you

These are wonderful!!!!!! I modified the recipe to make it gluten-free and mashed the bananas in the Cuisinart (they are harder than a regular banana). They are moist and just the right amount of sweetness. Thank you
