Bacon Appetizer Crescents

Mom's Chicken Cacciatore

I took the advice of others and did not flour the chicken. I did season and browned it, then diced the chicken while the onions mixture was cooking. I made it into a chicken cacciatore sauce, put it over penne pasta and it was amazing. Will definitely make it again.

Chicken Parmigiana

This was an easy and wonderful recipe. I pounded the chicken breast to make them thinner and then followed the advice of others as far as cooking them on a rack so they wouldn't get mushy. Will definitely make it again.

Baked Apricot Chicken

This was excellent. Fast and easy. followed Scarlett74's advice to marinate it and used chicken breasts since we don't like thighs. Served with garlic rosemary mashed potatoes, yummmm

Beef Bourguignon II

This was fabulous. My husband who NEVER eats leftovers actually said he would eat it the next night for dinner. Wow! I took the advice from others and used a good wine, I do need to put it in a larger dish next time, I had a problem with spillage. Thank you for a great recipe.

Spinach Chicken Parmesan

Thia was fabulous but I did change it a bit; I pounded the chicken breast as suggested and dipped them into a beaten egg and then rolled it in the cheese mixture which I added bread crumbs to. I then browned the chicken breast in a little olive oil and then followed the rest of the recipe. My husband really liked it a lot. KMSMOKEY your recipe is really good following your directions also. Thank you

Lasagna Roll Ups

I used gluten free lasagna noodles and it turned out wonderful. So for everyone who can't eat gluten you can use the gluten free pasta and get the same wonderful taste.

This was great. I didn't have shredded swiss but I had slices so I lined the bottom of the pan with 4 slices and added shredded cheddar to the mix which was a gluten free baking mix. Yummmm Thank you

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

I have to say I never tried the original recipe, I followed others advice. I too made changes, I used boneless chicken breast and pounded them a little bit, as Marion suggested I added the bread crumbs to the dry mix and also basil, oregano and paprika, I then sprinkled on some of the extra dry mix and sprayed it with Pam cooking spray. Baked it at 400 for 30 minutes and it was fantastic
