Country Apple Dumplings

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
I loved this recipe! It was so easy and tastes delicious! My husband loved it and requests it weekly now! I did, however, make mine with reduced fat crescent rolls, splenda, and diet mt. dew, but it was still amazing. Its great with a touch of vanilla ice cream!

Cream Cheese Squares

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
This was pretty good. I used reduced fat crescent rolls and I used some splenda in place of regular sugar (about 3/4 sugar to 1/4 splenda) This is an easy dessert to make when you don't have much time to make something...

Slow Cooker Ham

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
OMG! This is the best ever! It was so easy and wonderful! I only had a 2 pound ham so I adjusted the brown sugar. I will make this again and again for special dinners! Nothing is easier!

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
This recipe was very good. I made the recipe as is, but added diced ham to make it a main course instead of a side. After an hour of cook time, the potatoes were not done yet, even though I followed other's reviews and made sure to cut the potatoes extra thin. So, for the next 1/2 hour, I turned the temp up to 400 and the potatoes were finally finished. Also, I didn't think about it, but I used skim milk and it didn't thicken up very well. I did let it sit for awhile before serving and it helped it thicken. I will make this recipe again, but use 2% milk, or use less skim.

Inside Out Ravioli I

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2009
I loved this! I followed the recipe, except I added 1 cup of cottage cheese. This made 4 huge meals for my husband and I. The next time I make it, I will freeze half of it. This is one that you need to try!

Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
This was very good! I made the recipe exactly as is. The bread crumbs I used were Italian, so it had a little bit of a kick to it. It was very easy and so tastey! I will be making this again.

Easy Weeknight Tuna Pot Pie

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2009
What a simple and fast recipe! It was very good. It did take me about 15 minutes to get the top to be golden brown. It also wasn't easy to serve. This recipe will definately be something that I will make a lot of because I always have the ingredients in the cupboard!

Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
These are the best!! I love them. I didn't use poppy seeds, only because I didn't have any. And I used American cheese, because that was all I had. I couldn't believe how amazing they were... I am going to be making these again and again!

Baked Ziti II

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2008
I loved how easy this recipe was! I followed others suggestions and didn't cook the pasta as long. I also only added 15 oz of ricotta cheese. I am going to be adding this one to my favorite recipes list!

Taco Beef and Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2009
This is so easy! I, of course, made some changes, I didn't want to have to go to the store. I used a lb of ground beef and added the taco seasoning to it. I then added 2 cups salsa, 1 can of black beans, 1/2 cup of water and my cooked noodles. I then sprinkled a little bit of cheese on top. It was so easy and very good.

Cocoa Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2008
These cookies were ok... They were a little gooey but easy to make! I had all of the ingredients so I decided to make them! Next time, I think I will bake them a little longer. They get big and puffy and look done, but once they sat out for awhile, they started to fall and get a little gooey.

Baked Oatmeal I

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
I wasn't completely fond of this recipe. I followed everyone's advice and only added 1/2 of the sugar. I didn't feel like it was sweet enough. It was a little dry too. I also didn't add any raisins, only because I didn't have any. It was ok, but I won't be making it again unless I do a few different changes.

Deluxe Cheeseburger Melt (lighter recipe)

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
This recipe was very good! It was easy and delish! I added a small onion to the meat while I was browning it. It also stuck to the pan even after I had sprayed it with non stick spray. I also think that it could have used even more then one cup of veggies for the top. But it will be one that I will make again and again because I always have the ingredients on hand.

Crisp Onion Squares

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2008
I liked this recipe, it gave me a different option with crescent rolls. It was expecially nice when I didn't have any garlic bread in the house and wanted to make something quick and easy.

Trish's Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2009
The flavor of this casserole was very good, but it was very dry. The only thing I did different was sautee the chopped onion in some butter first. The next time I make this, I will use less noodles. But, it was an easy weeknight dinner and with a little bit of tweaking, this could be a 5 star recipe!

Almost Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2009
I thought this recipe was very good. The only thing I did different was add a small can of tomato sauce and sprinkled a little bit of cheese on top at the end to make it more like an actual stuffed green pepper. I do think this recipe might need a little bit more green pepper because it mostly tastes like hamburger and rice in a tomato sauce. I will make this again though because it is a lot easier than stuffing the pepper.

Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2008
I cut the recipe in half because it was just my husband and me. I thought it was a little dry though, it might need more tomato sauce. I also topped them with a little cheese.
