Raspberry Pie I
Finally! A berry pie that doesn't run all over the place when cut. I was a bit worried when I took the pie out of the oven because it was very loose and jiggly but after cooling overnight it was perfect the next day. Made them for a church dinner and not a piece was left over. I did change the cook time - 1 hour and 15 mintues at 350

Tiny Pecan Tarts
I've been using this recipe for 3 years now - always at Christmas time. My hubby took them to his work and people were begging him to hand out the recipe! They are always a hit at the cookies exchange too. The only changes I make are to double the amount of pastry, otherwise there is way too much filling left over. Also, to decorate the tops, I melt chocolate chips and place the chocolate in a sandwich baggie to squeeze out thin ribbons of chocolate. It really dresses the tarts up and makes them look so gourmet!

Baked Ziti I
WOW...I didn't know homemade ziti could taste so good. I made it exactly as stated and it turned out perfectly. My husband, kids, and drop-in company LOVED it. Hubby wanted me to make it again the next night!! For those few who rated the recipe low, I think the key may be to use the very best sauce you can. I used one jar of Classico Four Cheese and one jar of Classico Sausage. Any reciped an only be as good as the ingredients you start with! Can't say enough good things about this recipe. It tasted just as good or better than restaurant ziti!!
