Excellent. I was looking for something sweet to use my fresh ginger and this fit the bill perfectly. I dipped the dough balls into turbinado sugar before placing on the pan and they had a nice sparkling crunch to them.

Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Scones

One of the rare times I followed the instructions exactly, especially since it was my first time making scones. I had my doubts as I was pressing it into the pan because it seemed a crumbly mess, but it came out great. Fluffy, almond-y, sweet, nice contrast of textures.

Carrot Bread

Very good bread; a tad salty. I'll cut the 1 tsp salt to just a pinch next time since there's already 1 tsp baking soda too. Otherwise, nice drier consistency and not too sweet (I cut to 2/3 c too).

Apple Muffins

Almost perfect for those of us trying to cut down on sugar - will try it next time with a 1/4 tsp salt this time vs. 1/2 tsp because it was a tad salty.
