Hummus III
I gave this 4 stars because I had to tweek it a little bit. I reduced the amount of tahini to 3 TBLS and my family gobbled it up. The first time I made it I followed the recipe as is and there was too much tahini. Very good.

Sour Cream-Rhubarb Squares
This reminds me of the rhubarb cake my Grandma used to make. I did substitute applesauce for the shortening. This is very very good. Yummy!!

Five Minute Ice Cream
Yummy!! My whole family loved it. This would be very versatile with other fruits or to add other fruits to it as well. I think next time I will cut back on the sugar.
