I am a self made Chef with 20+ years of cooking ,born in Lima, Peru, now called the best Gastronomic Country in America. I also write on food and was the main writer for the Gastronomy page of a major Lima newspaper for 5 years. I am thinking of writing a book with the articles and my recipes.I am, also, a professional food translator from the English to Spanish pair working for several clients.
