I made these one time the way the recipe was given, then I re-worked in the second time around, using pork instead, adding fresh garlic, and also chopped mint (which is popular to do in Mexico). I then boiled them in chicken broth with tomato, onions, salt, basil leaves, and a mint sprig for twenty minutes. Everyone loved them better the second time but this recipe was helpful in figuring out what ingrediants to use for the most part!
