I am 42 years young,I have one son, and in March 09- my first grandchild (a boy) will arrive...so excited, married 8 years to my soulmate and best friend!! I love trying new recipes out usually 4-5 new things each week! I love my crockpot-it is wonderful to come home after a long day at work to a home cooked meal and my house smelling great! I love the cooking the whole holiday meal, I do the dips,desserts and side dishes days before (even freezing some things in the weeks before)on my days off,Then doing the main course that day, I have plenty of time to decorate the weeks before set the table the night before and time to enjoy my company the day of!! Finally mastering my holiday and big party meals and adding a new twist on old favorites each year! The time I made king ranch chicken casserole and accidently used a can of jalapenos instead of green chilies, the guys were complaining of the heat I thought the were just being babies until I tasted it then realized my mistake....ooPs;)
