This sauce was AMAZING!! I didn't have red wine but I did have cooking sherry so I used that instead. I didn't have oregano and I used two jars of spagetti sauce instead of all the canned tomato stuff. I'm convinced it's the spices and wine that make this recipe amazing. Everyone should try it because you do not have to make this to the "T" and you can adjust to what you already have. I doubled the batch and froze half of the sauce for another meal. TRY IT!
