Chicken with Chipotle

Loved this!! I used 5 chilis, sauteed cubed breast beforehand and simmered the chicken in sauce for about 15-20 minutes until I got right thickness.

Easy Mushroom Rice

I too had to use crm of mushroom. I also sauteed up some fresh mushrooms and half onion in some butter till not all the way cooked and mixed.. This was very easy and tasted really good. I too will make this again.

Creamy Chicken and Rice Soup

This was SOOO good. I simmered some carrots in the broth and already had some leftover rice I threw in at the end of the recipe. Those were my only changes.. This was very good thick stew. The only time it could get too thick is during the reheating/leftover period. But still, just add milk and its just as good or better as leftovers!

Clam Sauce with Linguine

Was very good and easy to make. The only thing I added was a handfull of flour in about a cup of milk. Mixed that then dumped it in the sauce. Sauce turned out perfect. I was surprised at the taste. I was leary at first and thought it would have a fishy taste but it doesnt really. Very good.

Pasties II

The best thing on earth! I used butter flavored crisco. The crust was AMAZING. I did add a little bit of gravy powder to the filling for flavor. Definatly will make again. Alot easier than I was expecting too!!

This recipe was really good. I didnt have beef broth so used chicken w/ a couple bullion cubes. Everybody liked it at my house. A good chowder-y flavor.
