Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
The 4 stars is based on how these cookies look (for now). They looked great coming out of the oven. This is the first time I have make cookies that are perfectly round, thick, and large. However, 10 minutes is not enough time in the oven. The middle of the cookie was not done and had to go back in. Needless to say, I put the first batch back in and a couple of them scorched a little. The second batch came out a lot better. 14 minutes is just the right amount of time for my oven. As for taste... I haven't tasted them yet because I'm dieting. My son said they were good. But what 4 year old doesn't like a chocolate chip cookie. Now, we are waiting on my husband to get home to sample them. OK...OK... I took the plunge and tasted a VERY small piece. AWESOME!!!!! If I do say so myself. I hope I didn't sabotage my diet. This is the first time in 2 weeks that I've tasted anything sweet.

Beer Batter
Batter didn't stay on shrimp after cooking and was very greasy. Would have been better off using cornmeal.

Best Lemonade Ever
This lemonade is really good and easy to make. It just takes a little longer than I would like because you need to chill the sugar and water mixture. I put mine in the freezer for about 30 minutes. Also, I thought that it was too sweet. Next time I will cut the amoun of sugar that I put in. I'm looking forward to trying it again and adding strawberries and raspberries.
