This recipe was very quick and easy to make. I can't believe something this easy tastes so delicious. Everyone in my family loved them. Next time I make this I will be adding some fruit.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2008
This was delicious. I used cashews instead of cornstarch, as other reviews suggested. I didn't find it spicy enough so next time I will adjust the spices to make it a bit spicier.

Indian Naan II

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2008
So easy to make and tastes great! I used vegetable oil instead of ghee and garlic powder instead of kalonji (I went to an Indian grocery store and they didn't have onion seed). I baked the Naan in the oven at 400degrees. I placed the baking sheet in the oven while it was preheating so the baking sheet was nice and hot. I then cooked the Naan for 10min flipping them half way through (on the middle rack). Turned out great! Everyone loved them and keep asking for more.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2008
Very easy to make! This is a quick fool proof recipe. I followed other people's advice and used 2 cups brown sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, and 3 cups confectioners sugar. It was very sweet so I cut the fudge into smaller than normal sized squares. Delicious! Will definitely be making this again.

Peanut Butter Temptations II

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2008
Delicious! I followed the recipe exactly. I used mini muffin trays - without muffin liners. I put the unwrapped mini peanut butter cups in the fridge so they were cold when they were placed in the cookie. I let the tarts cool for about 45min and removed them without any trouble at all. They were so easy to make and look great - perfect to bring to friends' houses etc. I put half of the batch in the fridge and served them cold (as some suggested), the other half I left at room temprature. I preferred them at room temprature but a few people did like them cold. They are also very rich so one cookie is plenty to fulful a craving! DELICIOUS!!!
