Flavorful. We've eaten that often here, though my first attempt failed horribly. But.. follow the recipe.. put it over angel hair pasta.. wonderful

Asian Barbequed Steak

I was suprised at how sweet this tasted. This is now one of my favorite marinades for a flank steak. The crispy burnt edges are to die for. Definatly try this recipe.

Thai Spiced Barbecue Shrimp

Love it. Love it. Love it. My filipina girlfriend loves when i get recipes from that side of the world (i tend to stick to more american styles), so when i made this as a suprise, she couldn't stop saying how great it was. Serve it over rice.. after boiling the marinade, if you have some left over drizzle it on the rice. It's wonderful.

African Curry

Abso-flippin-lutely fantastic. My girlfriend and I love this recipe. We follow it to the letter, put it over rice, and serve in a bowl. The only thing we do different is use boneless/skinless chicken cut into cubes and brown them before adding them to the mixture.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Great recipe. I've cooked this twice. The first time was pretty meh.. kinda bland. This time, however, i added a half teaspoon of paprika and red pepper flakes. I used olive oil instead of butter and garlic powder instead of garlic salt. My girlfriend raved about it, so it must have done great. She was licking the plate. Great starter recipe! Easy to fiddle with!

Chicken Piccata II

Great recipe. I tried it tonight, and we were astounded. You couldn't really taste the paprika, and the garlic powder was just hinted at, but the lemon and butter were very profound and enhanced the chicken quite well. If anything, though, it oculd be suggested to lower the amount of lemon juice used.

Enchiladas - New Mexico Style

I absolutely loved this recipe. Every bite was a wonderful experience of taste. I will most definatly be making this again soon. On a side note, this dish on a smaller scale without the tortilla made a great side to tandoori chicken and tomato/cucumber raita.

Spoiled Baby Back Ribs

As my fiancee says, this recipe is full of win. Also, quite qptly, awesomesauce. I made this tonight after rummaging through the site for a good pork rib recipe, and this was absolutely wonderful I will say that i did not broil it. I love broiling, but we had been wanting to grill, so that's what i did. Put it thin side down first on medium heat on the grill. Brushed the sauce on top. 7 minutes, flipped and brushed the thin side. 5 minutes. flipped again, brushed the top, 3 minutes just to let the sauce set, then took them off. It was epic greatness. We will definatly be using this recipe in the future. Great work.

Cajun Barbecued Chicken

This is the first dish i cooked for my girlfriend and we both absolutely loved it. I served it on top of rice with steamed veggiest, and i think next time i'll serve some mashed potatoes with it, but i'd have to say this recipe is absolutely wonderful.

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

I made this with my girlfriend last night, and we both loved it. The shrimp tasted great in the Roux. I used clam juice instead of fish stock, and i think it brought out the spice a bit more. It was definatly something i'll be happy to make again.

Whiskey Chicken

excellent tasting recipe. I did it exactly as listed, but let it cook until the sauce was thick enough to cling to the bottom of a spoon. Served over white rice, it was delish. 4 stars because I believe some more flavor would make it over the top.

Salsa Chicken

Great recipe. I put a smidge more cheese on that is called for, but i find it helps hold the salsa in place. I've made this recipe several times and enjoyed it. Quite nice.
