Marinara Meatball Subs

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2014
Made this tonight as something different and it was amazing! made them a bit smaller and since i made the meatballs smaller (about ping pong ball size) was able to get about 16 subs (with 3-4 meatballs each) out of it. would halve the sauce as we had a few cups remaining, but will put into a spaghetti sauce. also, only used 1/4 c of grated Parmesan with the meat mix and topped with shredded mozarella and parmesan. people were going for seconds while i was still dishing out firsts! fantastic! thanks for posting!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2014
OMG. These are FANTASTIC!. Follow the directions to the letter for the best results. Granted had more cookie dough than batter, so made extra dough balls and store in freezer for up to 3 weeks if you wanna make more. My roommate now wants these instead of a cake for his birthday. Whole house loved them and lasted less than 5 min! Great recipe!

Corn on the Grill

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2014
This was fantastic! I've never grilled corn before (i know..start the shaming lol) but I saw this recipe and just had to try it. I followed almost to the "t" but didnt have any cumin, so substituted double chili powder and put it on the grill. Now I'm not sure if the recipe used gas or charcoal, but i have gas, set it at a comfy 400 and kept the lid closed during cooking, rotating as needed. Everyone in the house loved it and even went back for the 2 extra ears. Will absolutely make this again!

Gyoza Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2014
Absolutely perfect. I must admit, I ran out of rice vinegar once and used chinese cooking wine instead. Added a bit of a kick, but worked. Kudos!

Hawg-N-Dogs

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2013
Made it the first time i saw it as everyone in my house LOVES bacon (in any form lol) and wanted to surprise everyone. Used the Jumbo sized hot dogs and wrapped them with 3 slices. Only one person in the house used the pepperjack (LOVED IT) and the rest used cheddar (OMG! Fantastic!) This is now made 2x a week and is a hit with our friends too.

Beefy Chinese Dumplings

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2012
My partner and I love this recipe and I make it all the time. As a cook who likes to experiment with different tastes and textures, I added about a cup of diced water chestnuts (for texture and added crunch) and roughly 1.5 cups of rough minced shiitake mushrooms. Made it for some friends who were visiting and they begged me for the recipe. Goes great with the Gyoza Sauce recipe on here.
